Great information on the website. We purchased it for a small area in our yard. The dogs love it and the quality is so much better than the stuff we purchased from at Lowes.
We love Pup-Grass! We bought it before we brought home our miniature golden doodle puppy. Since she was so tiny, and we live in an area that gets snow, we figured we wanted her to be able to go to the bathroom on our patio, where it would be close to the house and easy to clean up. We trained her with pup grass, and then worried about whether she would be able to do her business on other surfaces.
However, that was never an issue! If grass was convenient when she needed to go potty, she was able to use grass and macadam anywhere on her walks. We appreciate the flexibility Pup-Grass offered for potty training our dog and making her potty routine easier when we couldn’t take her for a walk. We highly recommend this product!
We purchased Pup-Grass for our dog run 5 years ago and we were very pleased. Now having moved with a larger dog run, we needed to supplement to cover the larger run. In an attempt to save money, we purchased additional ‘grass’ through Amazon. It was so substandard, we are tossing the flat ugly fake grass (that didn’t clean well) and our new supplement of Pup Grass arrived today. We are installing it the same day. THANK YOU PupGear!!!
We recently had Pup-Grass installed in our backyard. We could not be happier with their product and the customer service!
We received estimates from two other local companies and they showed us several samples with various thicknesses and heights and assured me they were all pet-friendly products. The only thing they had in common was a thick black rubber type of finish on the backside with tiny holes. I was not comfortable when they told me that all artificial grass was dog-friendly. I decided to look around more and I found Pup-Grass online.
I spoke to the head person and she was very nice and answered all of my questions. They sent a sample and we were impressed the quality was very nice. We measure our lawn and drew a terrible picture but she turned it into a professional drawing. She contacted installers in our area. She set up and appointments so they could come and measure. She gave us a price which was reasonable. We scheduled the installation for two weeks later. The trucking company was a few days, late in delivering the material, but the crew met the truck and unloaded the materials. They showed up the next day and got the job done without any delays. Our backyard is completely transformed and the dogs and the house both are staying cleaner. It looks better than we thought it would and our two dogs love romping around in the backyard.
PupGear is a rare company where customer service is excellent and the product is fantastic. I highly recommend the product and the company.

I tell everyone that the three animals we have are not dogs; they are goats. They had pulled out every blade of grass in our backyard. I didn’t know what to do. Sod would have been a waste of money, but I hated the idea of a cement backyard. Luckily, my daughter was talking to a client of hers about our situation. Low and behold she said her son-in-law discovered Pup-Grass. I called the company and spoke to the owner Teresa. She answered all my questions and asked about my dogs. She was easy to talk to and I felt comfortable that she knew what she was talking about. She also explained how her company was different from other synthetic grass companies and they did not have installers, because they were a Pet Product Company that happened to need a grass for dogs to use as a bathroom. She said she looked for months and could not find anything, so she invented one that would work for another product they had created. By the time I hung up, I felt like I had been talking to an old friend.
A few days later I received a sample of the Pup-Grass. Teresa called me and educated me on the difference between Pup-Grass and regular synthetic turf that companies are selling as pet friendly. The difference was like night and day. Pup-Grass was beautiful and it drained very fast. I was very impressed.
She located a landscape company that installed artificial grass and coordinated a time for him to come out and measured my yard and give me a quote. Teresa reviewed the quote and felt it was missing specific tasks in the scope of work. She also thought they were overpriced. So she went back to work and found Ruben who was also great to work with and an excellent installer. Plus he was a couple of thousand dollars less than the 1st guy. She scheduled the start date and kept in touch with me and Ruben the installer throughout the entire process. The finished job was better than I ever imagined. Not only was I impressed but several of my neighbors were amazed at the finished job. They kept saying "Wow” what a difference." Of course, the dogs are confused because they can’t dig it up! However, they have no problem using it to do their business!
I highly recommend anyone in the market for artificial grass, to call their office and really become educated. Great people to do business with and a great product.

The Patio Lawn kit is great! We spend a lot of time on our screened in lanai which has no natural grass in it. Our chocolate lab goes in and out of the pool, lounges on the deck, and scoots over to her special spot when needed. The kit is set on the cement which is tilted to a drain. So easy to just hose off with liquid going down the drain. It is wonderful knowing she is not going in the pool or leaving surprises anywhere on the deck

We ordered our Pup Grass, for our entire fenced in back yard (appx. 25’ x 12’)in 2014. It looks fantastic. Our doggies (4 of them) love it, and so do we. It is great quality, awesome drainage and easy care. That was in California. We have recently moved to Wisconsin, and have ordered more for our doggies fenced in area here. I was very happy to chat with Theresa again to get her recommendations for our application in WI. I highly recommend this company and their artificial turf!
